Center for Success Center for Success The Need for Literacy Literacy is critical to both individual and community wellbeing and economic development. Reading writing speaking and listening skills are necessary for success in education and for career development. The Center for Success Literacy Program promotes this critical skill to engage and inspire our curious students. Increasing literacy skills during individualized oneonone sessions with our mentors has allowed students to make measurable gains across all areas in school while building confidence and excitement for education.

Whether through reading, creating, or connecting with peers, each day is filled with opportunities to grow and shine. Summer of Success is made possible with grant funding from United Way for Southeastern Michigan.
