Somethings Gotta Change
Christian leadership is in crisis. The life of Christian leadership in the 21st century has become unsustainable. Isolation, ignorance and insulation are leading to an increasing imploding of pastors and Christian leaders in general. The leadership crisis is not due to a lack of vision or programs in the church and Christian community, but one of personal spiritual crisis and life management lacking an on-going dependence, depth and development. We desire to create community embracing a journey of spiritual disciplines towards a realization of godliness and renewal.
