THE WELLNESS COUNCIL OF INDIANA IS PART OF A NATIONAL NETWORK PROMOTING WORKSITE WELLNESS PROGRAMS TO HELP INDIANA EMPLOYERS POSITIVELY IMPACT MEDICAL EXPENSES AND UTILIZATION RATES, EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION, ABSENTEEISM, PRODUCTIVITY AND CREATE A POSITIVE COMPANY IMAGE. WELLNESS ENCOURAGES HEALTHY EMPLOYEES, HEALTHY FAMILIES, AND HEALTHY COMMUNITIES.
