Winona Area Crime Stoppers - Winona, MN The Latest Activity Crime Stoppers Receives Donation from Celanese Foundation for Lewiston PD. The Celanese Foundation donated 2500 to Winona Area Crime Stoppers that will be put toward equipment needs for the LewistonPolice Department. Sharon Buchholz pictured on right a member of the Celanese Foundation presented the donation to Lewiston Police Chief and Crime Stoppers member Calley Bortz pictured on left at the monthly Crime Stoppers Board meeting on December 3 at Winona Family Restaurant. The Lewiston Police Department plans to utilize the donation to purchase updated digital evidence storage safety equipment and the future purchase of Body Worn Cameras.
