Home - PACT Family Parents And Children Together PACT is a dynamic organization committed to preventing child abuse and neglect in Morgan County Alabama. PACT was founded in 1978 and is one of the first comprehensive child abuse prevention programs in the Southeastern United States. Strong community support and committed volunteers have allowed PACT to grow into a Family Resource Center that provides services to over 10000 in Morgan County Alabama each year. Our mission statement is to improve the quality of life in Morgan County bypreventing child abuse and neglectthrough empowering individuals and families to create ahealthy interdependence by means of strengthsbasedprograms including parent education direct services publicawareness and school programs which are based onongoing assessment of community needs.
