The Rutledge Center Rutledge Center is a 50 year old nonprofit located in Newnan Georgia the county seat of Coweta County just outside of Atlanta. We are a 501c3 nonprofit governed by a volunteer board of directors. Our mission is to create opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate fully in the community. Our goal is to enable each person we serve to achieve greater independence and a higher quality of life through support and training.
