NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, HOWEVER, THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501 (C) (3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED (OR CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE).

In 2024 we are planning on growing vegetables using volunteers throughout the season and donating the produce to food pantries in need. Involving kids toinstill the value ofgivingto a good cause and teaching youth about how we grow the food we eat is important to us at Iowa Gardening for Good.
