Building Our Community ON THE ROCK Houston Levee Community Center HLCC was founded from a desire to be the hands and feet of Christ into the community. We seek to support empower and encourage families and youth through Christcentered programs and activities. At HLCC we understand that life happens no matter where one lives. Adults need support during difficult times children need activities which further cultivate strong foundations for their futures and families everywhere desire to spend more meaningful time with one another.
