Today Tower Grove CDC closed on a construction loan with Midwest BankCentre and True Title STL to redevelop the long vacant property at 3772 Chippewa. This project is partially funded by FHLB Des Moines and generous grants from PNC and U.S. Bank. The redevelopment opportunity arose from an abandonment lawsuit initiated by Legal Services of Eastern Missouri in collaboration with Dutchtown STL. The housing will be provided to clients of International Institute St. Louis and professionally managed by TGCDC. Here we go! (fb)
