TO ENCOURAGE SERVICE-MINDED PEOPLE TO SERVE THEIR COMMUNITY WITHOUT PERSONAL FINANCIAL REWARD, AND TO ENCOURAGE EFFICIENCY AND PROMOTE HIGH ETHICAL STANDARDS IN BUSINES.
