Friends of Chester Arthur is a nonprofit formed by Southwest Center City parents & community members committed to supporting our public school, Chester Arthur. Friends of Chester Arthur (FoCA) is an all volunteer-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports Chester Arthur, our neighborhood public school. Our goal is to help ensure a safe and successful environment for all children at Arthur. THE FRIENDS OF CHESTER A. ARTHER (FOCA) WAS FORMED BY SOUTHWEST CENTER CITY PARENTS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO PARTNER WITH THE STAFF, TEACHER, AND STUDENTS OF OUR LOCAL SCHOOL, CHESTER A. ARUTHER, IN ORDER TO FOSTER A ROBUST LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR NEIGHBORHOOD CHILDREN.
