READ USA began with 1 volunteer and 1 teacher in 1 school in 1 high poverty neighborhood in Jacksonville, FL. Now serving every student in every 100+ elementary schools in the district & many other children and sites with book choice & ownership, employing teens as reading tutors, teaching teachers, & scaling…
