Old School Farm Old School Farm is a Nashvillebased care farm and pottery studio fostering supportive employment opportunities for our mission farmers while providing our community with locally grown food. WHAT WE DO Farm Old School Farm OSF is a nonprofit organization that uses therapeutic farming practices for the benefit of vulnerable populations. We currently employ five mission farmers who grow harvest deliver produce to food insecure communities in Nashville through partnerships with local food programs. Clay In addition to the farm we operate a pottery studio in downtown Nashville that employs one director and two mission potters.
