We’re celebrating progress 👏 Congress has passed the Take It Down Act, a law that gives survivors of online sexual exploitation the right to request U.S. tech companies remove illegal and abusive content. This is a powerful step forward for survivor dignity and digital safety. But it’s not the end of the road. Now, we must push for tech products that are safe by design—built to prevent this kind of abuse before it ever appears online. We need platforms that disrupt harm before it spreads and hold offenders accountable from the start.
