Foundation for Carson City Parks & Recreation The Foundation for Carson City Parks Recreation promotes and supports individual and organizationalbased projects to enhance indoor and outdoor recreational facilities and public use areas that are under the administration of the the Citys Parks Recreation and Open Space Department. Projects past and present facilitated by the Foundation include the Mills Park Pickleball Courts Carson City Tennis Club Mayors Park the Saliman Road Pathway improvements the Carson Ridge Disc Golf Course the Lone Mountain Cemetery Headstone Project Carson City Gun Range improvements improvements to the Sonoma and Fuji Parks dog park facilities and the Wungnema House. The Foundation is dedicated to bringing together members of the Carson City community to encourage and enable public support for the continuing enhancement of Carson Citys parks and recreational facilities. Please join us to further these efforts.
