The mission of Swerve Outreach is to disrupt the effects of cyclical poverty on the youth in Eastern Polk County. By offering access to healthy meals, educational programming, positive role models, and basic life necessities we are providing opportunities and empowering children, youth, and their families to work around the barriers of poverty so that they can be healthy, successful members of our community.
