Rush City Education Foundation

The Rush City Education Foundation (RCEF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing educational opportunities for students of the Rush City Area Schools. Located in Rush City, Minnesota, it operates independently of the Rush City School District, with its own management structure and bylaws.

Mission and Purpose

RCEF's mission is to promote and enhance student achievement, supporting educational excellence both in the classroom and beyond. Additionally, RCEF works with the St. Croix Valley Foundation to manage endowed funds, ensuring perpetual support for educational programs.
