Through leadership development and grassroots campaigns we seek to transform our workplaces and neighborhoods to win the respect rights and resources we all deserve. What We Do We Care We cultivate a community of workingclass women of color in our journeys to heal and transform our lives. We Educate Through popular education we train our members and communities on our rights as workers and tenants and the power of our solidarity.
