Our primary goal is to raise funds to purchase equipment and supplies that can be used by BOW participants at the BOW workshops. We also provide scholarships for BOW participants when needed. Texas Parks Wildlifes Becoming an OutdoorsWoman workshops provide an atmosphere where women feel comfortable learning new skills associated with hunting fishing and other outdoor activities in a supportive and nonthreatening environment. Workshops span a weekend usually beginning on Friday around noon and lasting through Sunday noon.
