Sunrise is one of the largest, non-profit organizations in the country dedicated to serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to create valued lives for people with disabilities. We offer a wide variety of services with a single common goal - to treat each person with dignity, respect, and compassion. THE ORGANIZATION'S MAIN PURPOSE IS TO ELECT DIRECTORS OF SUBSIDIARIES, AND IS THE CENTRAL ORGANIZATION FOR THE GROUP EXEMPTION RULING GRANTING 501(C)(3) STATUS OF SUBORDINATE ORGANIZATIONS.
