OPPORTUNITY PALESTINE
Opportunity Palestine supports Lutheran Schools and educational programs. Four K-12 Lutheran Schools educate over 2,100 students regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion or ability to pay. Peace education and interfaith dialog are embedded in the curriculum. The schools intentionally promote gender balance and equality with co-educational instruction. The Evangelical Lutheran Schools are located in Bethelehem, Beit Sahour, Ramallah, and Beit Jala. Educational programs include the Mahaba Kindergarten in East Jerusalem, the Environmental Education Center in Beit Jala and the Martin Luther Community Development Center in Jerusalem.
