USBF - United States Bridge Federation web site Main Menu USBF Tournaments Archive of Older WebVugraphs No more Written Defenses vs Multi in USBF events Following the decision by the WBF to no longer allow players to consult written defenses against Multi at the table the USBF has also eliminated the authorization for written defenses to those bids. This change will apply starting with the 2025 USBCs. Multi means an opening bid of 2 of a minor the only weak meaning of which is weak 2 of one Major. Board Approves 8 Teams for the 2025 World Youth Bridge Team Championships At its meeting on February 10th the USBF Board approved the following teams to represent the USBF at the 2025 WYBTC pending completion of a small amount of outstanding documentation by some players.
