Heiser Foundation Helping to Transform Painful Tragedies Into Renewed Hopes and Dreams Welcome to Our Website This website is dedicated as a Memorial to the memory of Master Sergeant Michael G. Heiser and the 18 other airmen who lost their lives in the Khobar Towers Bombing. CSM Gary and Frances Heiser dedicated every waking minute after this tragedy occurred visualizing how they were going to memorialize their son MSGT Michael G. Heiser and his comrades that were killed by the brutal attack on Khobar Towers June 25 1996.
