We provide trained community volunteers to advocate for children who come to the attention of the Juvenile Court primarily as a result of abuse or neglect. To train and empower court appointed volunteer advocates that assist juvenile court in providing for the ‘best interest’ of the abused and neglected children in Dickson, Hickman, and Stewart Counties. CASA of the Highland Rim
Foster parents are the unspoken heart of the child welfare system. They take in a child or siblings for the purpose of providing a safe, caring house until they can be returned to their parents or achieve permanency through adoption. The foster parents provide so much more than a house they provide a home.
