Services provided which supplement preexisting military family center, military family advocacy program, and military chapel service programs on military installations. Supports the lower-ranking active duty, guard, and members of the reserves, and retirees, disabled, military families, and lower-graded general schedule civilian employees supporting the military mission. Serves as a helping agency to the military community by providing services to meet community needs and creating a neighborhood of civilian, military, dependent, veteran, disabled, and retiree servant-leader volunteers across all military communities world-wide.
