My dream is to open a children's home in San Angelo, Texas to serve children (birth-17yrs) who have been removed from their homes due to abuse or neglect. The Heart Gallery of Northwest Texas exists to connect children who are available for adoption, due to abuse or neglect, with loving families who are interested in adoption.
