Bronx Guardianship Services Our Vision Bronx Community Guardianship Network Inc. BCGN is a notforprofit organization which was founded in 2011. BCGN provides a multidisciplinary approach to lifeplanning adult and juvenile guardianship and trustee services within the context of New York State Article 81 Mental Hygiene Law. Our Mission As the only Guardianship program with a principal office in Bronx County our organization collaborates with local officials the Courts and other multidisciplinary agencies and organizations to meet the needs of the numerous residents of the Bronx who desperately need quality guardianship services.
