This 7th annual celebration of love created and presented by the Haddonfield Outdoor Sculpture Trust (HOST) will take place from 5:00-7:30pm in Kings Court in the heart of Haddonfield on Kings Highway. Open to all – residents or not. Haddonfield Commissioners will make it (un)official for couples interested in renewing their vows, getting married (official NJ documents required), getting engaged, or making partnership commitments. Couples will receive flowers and chocolates and take photos in the romantic pink-lit courtyard. Many couples return each year to renew their vows at this event including a couple who were legally married there in 2020 and will be renewing their vows for the 5th time. Tuesday, December 3, 2024 is #GivingTuesday -- always the Tuesday after Thanksgiving -- to give thanks for and celebrate your favorite causes. And get an end-of-year tax deduction to boot! Please consider HOST, the 501(c)3 nonprofit art initiative bringing art, education and beauty to Haddonfield. Self-guided tours are free and available 24/7 at www.HaddonfieldSculpture.org. In addition to nearly 20 sculptures located downtown, HOST has previously hosted the Philadelphia Museum of Art’s “Inside/Out” exhibit several times, and each year gives tours to second-graders throughout town, including more than 1,000 students in the past five years. One of our most popular endeavors is the world’s only Children’s Sculpture Zoo, located in the Tatem Memorial Garden on Kings Highway at Evergreen Lane, with life-size bronze sculptures of a giraffe, baby elephant, tiger, gorilla, toad, sea lion and bunny rabbit.
