CEDC is the official Economic Development Organization for the City of Cumberland, MD. TO ENGAGE IN CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL EFFORTS, AND SPECIFICALLY TO SUPPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT IN ALLEGANY COUNTY, MARYLAND, WITH AN INITIAL FOCUS ON THE CITY OF CUMBERLAND.
