Friends of Fridley Education Foundation Our Mission The Friends of Fridley Education Foundation FoFEF is a nonprofit organization that provides financial assistance to the youth within the city of Fridley Minnesota. This includes scouting organizations youth sports and academic scholarships. In 2015 The Friends of Fridley Education Foundation awarded three scholarships to graduating seniors from Fridley MN high school. This is the first year of the foundation.
