Compass is an innovative organization determined to provide students the “opportunity to grow and advance themselves while adding value to whatever industry they operate within.” We want to emphasize learning through work experience that cannot be acquired in a classroom so students can learn business competency, financial literacy, and leadership skills. While doing this, we also prioritize our students learning about themselves and emotional intelligence as well as learning and leading styles so they can navigate their personal and professional success well.
