TO FOSTER AND PROMOTE THE APPRECIATION OF HIGH-QUALITY WIND BAND MUSIC THROUGH PERFORMANCES OF ARTISTIC MERIT FOR OUR AUDIENCE, THE RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF ALABAMA, AND THE MEMBERS OF THE ENSEMBLE.
