Physician Moms Group

The Physician Moms Group (PMG) is a US-based nonprofit organization founded in 2014 by Dr. Hala Sabry. Initially starting with twenty members, all physicians and mothers, the group has expanded to become the largest online support network for women physician mothers, with over 120,000 members across 100 countries.

PMG was established to address the unique challenges faced by physician mothers, providing a platform for them to share experiences, advice, and support. Dr. Hala Sabry, the founder of PMG, is a board-certified emergency medicine physician and a mother of five. She advocates for gender and racial equality in medicine, collaborating with leading companies and international organizations to promote these causes. Dr. Sabry also offers coaching services to professional women and works with health organizations to improve their recruitment practices.
