Summary of Spring Progams Grand Valley Youth Cycling Grand Valley Youth Cycling GVYC is a nonprofit organization that delivers high quality afterschool and yearround mountain bike programming for 6th 12th grade students in the community. Initially founded in 2011 to support the needs of high school bike racing teams in the Colorado High School Cycling League we have since expanded to better serve the youth of the Grand Valley through the addition of middle school and other skillbased mountain biking programs to meet a larger range of abilities and interests. GVYC mountain bike programs blend the physical and mental health benefits of mountain biking with access to outdoor physical activity awareness of our public lands trail stewardship and a healthy lifestyle.
