TO PROVIDE FOR THE USE OF ITS MEMBERS ON A NON-PROFIT BASIS, A CLUBHOUSE AND GOLF COURSE AND, AS FROM TIME TO TIME DEEMED DESIRABLE BY THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE CLUB, A SWIMMING POOL, TENNIS COURTS AND OTHER SUCH INDOOR AND OUTDOOR RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL FACILITIES AS ARE PROPER FOR A CLUB WHICH IS EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL TAXATION UNDER APPLICABLE AND CURRENT PROVISIONS OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OR SUCH FEDERAL LEGISLATION IN THIS RESPECT WHICH MAY LATER BE ADOPTED OR APPLIED.

Many members and their guests tout the conditions of the golf course as among the finest in the country.
