Project H3LP is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, started by the children of the late Wayne and Regina Ducheneaux (aka Granny and Poppy), located on the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation in North Central South Dakota. Granny and Poppy made sure we looked at the world with a sense of community and public service and To Empower and Inspire People to H3LP Others. Over the years our crew has expanded to include a second generation of family as well as an extended network of friends that we count on to fulfill our mission of Creating Stable Foundations.
