NPCDC will continue to employ, enhance, and expand the following programs: Neighborhood Revitalization, Healthy Communities, Economic Development Public Awareness and Education. NPCDC was launched with an articulated mission “to improve the quality of life through assisting and empowering individuals in the areas of housing, education, employment, and community restoration". The NPCDC exists to serve as a catalyst for the revitalization of Fulton County's most distressed neighborhoods. With this as a beginning premise, NPCDC strives to venture beyond traditional models of community development with the vision of, “Becoming an unprecedented model in Fulton County that is centered on revitalization through a holistic and empowering approach".
