Our vision is for all women in Africa to have access to healthcare during pregnancy and childbirth and to eradicate obstetric fistula. An estimated 2 million women in Africa are suffering from obstetric fistula caused by prolonged, obstructed childbirth and lack of access to maternity care Our vision is for all women in Africa to have access to healthcare during pregnancy and childbirth and help eradicate obstetric fistula. In order to achieve this our objectives are: To expand or develop fistula services across Africa. To train surgeons to repair obstetric fistula. To train midwives in the highest standards of maternal healthcare To finance access to healthcare during pregnancy and labor. To finance Cesarean sections to stop obstetric fistula occurring. To improve the prospects of women in Africa suffering from obstetric fistula. To partner with existing organizations and facilities already providing fistula surgeries. We currently have fistula care centers in Sierra Leone, Malawi and Madagascar. 100% of all donations go directly to our programs on Africa.
