Community Connections, an Arc affiliate, provides life-enriching services that promote optimal independence for people with disabilities in southeastern MA. Community Connections, Inc. is a nonprofit organization providing services that empower people with disabilities to achieve their goals. CCI offers innovative services that promote independence and inclusion across Southeastern Mass & Cape Cod. Flower Angels USA is a Massachusetts 501 (c) (3) charity that repurposes donated flowers from local markets and wedding venues into beautiful small bouquets. These bouquets are delivered to the residents of 28 Hospice and Nursing Homes across Cape Cod, MA who deserve love and kindness. Many of these wonderful people rarely have visitors. Delivering Random Acts of Love. Recycling Flowers. Warming Heartsis our mission.

We appreciate your consideration and wish you all the best. The Flower Angels volunteers repurpose donated flowersinto floral arrangements for delivery to Cape Cod nursing home residents. Founded in 2014 Flower Angels is rooted in the understanding that nursing home residents often feel isolated.
