What We Do Alabaster International works handinhand with local agencies to identify and support communities of indigenous and rural women who are isolated and face limited resources. By facilitating locallydriven discussions and collaborative decisionmaking we act as a catalyst for female empowerment addressing critical areas such ashealthcare entrepreneurship and food security. In partnership with local stakeholders we codesign coimplement and coevaluate initiatives to ensure meaningful sustainable impact rooted in the needs and aspirations of the communities we serve.
