Our mission is to serve our community as a multifaceted program that empowers and impacts the lives of our youth, leaving a legacy of positive social and economic awareness.   About Us We are formerly Blaire Enterprises, a group of young men concerned about the image of inner city youth. Organized in 1981 as a community precision-step drill team in Baltimore, Maryland; we were Inspired by Charles Parker, a 20-year veteran Master Sergeant retired from the United States Air Force.  The Drill Team was designed to teach discipline, teamwork and a sense of pride to both academic and troubled youth.  We formally incorporated in 1984; our adviser was then, current Maryland State and District of Columbia AFL-CIO President, Fred D. Mason, Jr.  Our encouragement was supplied by former Congressman & former President of the NAACP, Kwiesi MFume and we were first interviewed by televisions beloved Oprah Winfrey, before she took her post in Chicago. Certified as a 501 c 3 non profit by the Internal Revenue Service in 1984, we organized as a community development organization specializing in Youth,  In eight cities, we have designed and implemented several enrichment programs and projects that have positively affected hundreds in the community.  Our flagship programs are The Right Clique Computer Labs, Precision- Step Drill Teams and Culture Cruises, all designed to create unique and creative learning experiences.  In 2011, we are hopeful and planning the opening of a Computer Lab in addition to the return of the Drill Team concept in Miami's Overtown neighborhood. We are also very proud to announce the arrival of our new National Spokesperson and recording artist " ABSOLUT ".  He will be making Media appearances throughout 2011, getting the word out about the power of Information Technology, and its affect on one’s life. We are excited to have him touch the community in a way that only he can.  He will implement our new scholarship program while familiarizing communities across the country to our Positive Urban Enrichment approach, all this while he works on his own musical career. In the future, we look forward to developing meaningful collaborations with like-minded community organizations or persons whom also share our goals and aspirations.
