The purpose of the Philadelphia Fashion Incubator is to support and promote emerging fashion designers from these design schools and the fashion community of Philadelphia. THE PURPOSE OF THE INCUBATOR IS TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR EDUCATION AND SUPPORT AND PROMOTE EMERGING FASHION DESIGNERS AND THE FASHION COMMUNITY IN THE PHILADELPHIA AREA.
