Lisa P Angels, "Partners in the Fight Against Diabetes" wants to create awareness with education on the prevention and treatment of diabetes; and, empower residents to take an active role and get their neighborhoods moving with physical activities. We are committed to providing financial assistance to help absorb the cost of diabetic medication and supplies to struggling community members.
