AIFACS is a non-profit organization that licenses homes for foster care and places American Indian foster children in culturally specific foster homes when out of home placement is needed. TO PROVIDE FOSTER CARE FOR AMERICAN INDIAN CHILDREN FROM ALL OVER THE STATE OF MINNESOTA.
