The mission of B’nai Anusim Institute is to recount the story of the journey of B’nai Anusim from their homeland in Israel to their exile in Spain and Portugal, and their eventual settlement in North America, with a focus on their settlement in northern Mexico and southwestern United States. The Institute aspires to be involved in the research, documentation and instruction of the historical fact of B’nai Anusim’s journey and their impact on the settlement, development and culture of northern Mexico and the southwestern United States. In addition, the Institute aspires to reconnect the B’nai Anusim community with their lost Jewish heritage.
