Committee for a Fair Judiciary Combatting damaging rightwing court capture to restore progressive federal courts. WHAT WE DO The Committee for a Fair Judiciary CFJ fights to confirm diverse and progressive federal judges to counter illegitimate rightwing dominated courts. Staffed by founder Robert Raben and members of The Raben Group who have worked on the composition of the federal courts at every level of government and advocacy CFJ has deep relationships with Democratic Senate leadership senators on and off the Senate Judiciary Committee and key Administration officials. By bringing influential progressive leaders together directly with Senators and other policymakers for candid twoway conversations CFJ brings all players into the campaign for a peoples judiciary one that looks like America and protects us all.
