The Mission of Helpfoal Hearts and Hands is to get nutritious foods into the hands of the impoverished families living in our community. We provide fresh food and assistance to areas otherwise out of reach from our local food banks. We also partner with food banks, churches and other nonprofits helping families in need by setting up mobile farmers markets and supporting our local growers.
