Shine a Light Counseling Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit counseling center offering services on a sliding scale based on monthly income or the client's ability to pay. We have two purposes; one as a charitable organization that offers counseling services to those who would not otherwise be able to afford these services, those who do not have insurance coverage, or those who choose to not use their existing coverage. The second purpose is to be a training facility for mental health clinicians who are collecting hours in order to obtain their licenses.
