We kicked off spring with something truly special — and the results speak for themselves! Straycation was our spring break temporary foster event where dogs got a chance to escape the shelter and enjoy time in loving homes. And wow... did it make an impact! 🏡 22 dogs were placed into foster homes in just under 3 days ❤️ 12 dogs were adopted — either by their foster families or shortly after returning, thanks to glowing home notes! ⌛️ 4 families extended their foster time past the scheduled drop-off 🐶 22 dogs got to experience the comfort of a real home—whether for a weekend or a lifetime. For some, this spring break “Straycation” turned into a forever vacation. These short-term fosters gave our dogs a break and gave them a chance to shine! Events like these remind us that fostering doesn’t have to be forever to be life-changing. Thank you to every family who opened their hearts and homes — you made this magic possible!
