The Foundation currently offers free introductory and intermediate foreign language classes to elementary and middle school students in Loudoun County Virginia. Classes are held at the facilities of various Loudoun County schools however the Foundation is unaffiliated with any school. When additional class openings become available to new students they are publicly announced. Preference is given to prior students and siblings of current students before openings become available to new students.
